Convento São Francisco

Design of the visual identity system, stationary, promotional materials and signage of the 2 main buildings and indoor parking lot.
The visual identity system was inspired by two main factors, the building and its’ activities . The logo is composed of three “C” with different thicknesses, overlapped and intersected by two diagonal lines. Each “C” stand for “Coimbra”, “Culture”, and “Congresses”, which are CSF main activities. The diagonal lines that keep changing along the identity system, illustrate the various ramps along both buildings.
The institutional identity is composed of 2 patterns of geometric shapes, one made with circles that is used for CSF, Coimbra, Culture and Congresses and the line pattern for the CSF, Welcome Center.
